This is supposed to be all in fun, so please don't anyone get bent out of shape about it. Here they are: History of the C family of languages History of the BASIC family of languages A hint though, in case you are a realy sensitive guy: - If you like VB, look at the history of the C family first. - If you like C#, Java, or C++, look at the history of the BASIC family first.
